Nice comparison about Hostgator vs bluehost. I have used both hosting companies and I liked them. In other hands I think Bluehost handles huge traffic spikes but when we need fast and awesome customer suppport then hostgator is better than bluehost.
in the price range Hostgator and bluehost both are cheap. hostgator offers single domain to unlimited hosting packages and bluehost offers only one hosting plan with free domain name.

Hello Bashir,
I chose Hostgator for my hosting company and I don’t have any problems. But I must admit I was thinking very very long about Bluehost. Finally Hostgator won. Why ? I think both these companies are great and wonderful. What I like more about Hostgator is that they have video tutorials explaining each topic in details. For someone who is begginer, like myself, it is very helpful.

I forgot about security. Hostgator is better when it comes to security. There were bloggers whos blogs were hacked or had some kind of problems with hackers. And they were not very happy with the support Bluehost offered to them. Something like that never happened with Hostgator.
